This 2 hour acrylic painting workshop will be held at the SLO General Store located at the Public Market
Drew will guide us in the exploration of the impressionistic painting of a beautiful coastal view of Shell Beach. He will break down the creative process he uses to make vibrant, energetic yet representational paintings in an easy-to-understand way.
He will share techniques using shape, value, color and brushwork to create movement and balance in your painting.
In the class we will work from supplied printed photos. All supplies needed for the class will be provided, but you are encouraged to bring your favorite brushes, tools or paints if you have them. Students will receive personal attention in addition to general instruction each step along the way. This class is for all skill levels!
