This unique piece is one of the first of my brand new “Neon-Scape series. Painted with a rare, handmade oil-based neon paint, this painting has several different “looks”. The first is in standard lighting (nothing unusual). The magic happens when a UV (blacklight) is applied, and you can start to see the glow of the sunset. The last is in total darkness where the blacklight is the sole source of light and you see what looks like dusk.
